We use as a base the 6-week-cycle methodology from Shape Up by Basecamp. It’s a project management approach where work is planned in six-week chunks. Teams focus on specific, achievable goals, avoiding long-term commitments. After each cycle, there’s a two-week cooldown for reflection, planning, and preparing for the next cycle. This method encourages flexibility, prioritizes manageable workloads, and ensures teams stay aligned with current needs and resources.
